Insurance

At Mi Rae Acupuncture, we strive to make your treatment experience as smooth as possible by simplifying insurance and payment processes.

We accept PIP (Personal Injury Protection) claims from automobile insurance, as well as certain auto accident cases handled through attorney liens. We work closely with patients recovering from auto accidents to ensure timely care and billing.

We are in-network with most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Premera Blue Cross, and Regence, and more. If you have questions about your coverage, please don’t hesitate to contact us. While we’re happy to assist, not all insurance plans include acupuncture benefits. For this reason, we recommend confirming with your health insurance provider to ensure we are in-network under your specific plan.

Payment Options
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and debit cards. If your insurance plan covers our services, we will be happy to assist you in verifying your benefits. However, please note that insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment, and you are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may need to change your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other patients.
